The Peace Arch is an international monument located directly on the U.S.-Canada border signifying peace between the two countries. Blaine is located at the northernmost point in Washington and has a population of 3,770. It is only approximately 14 miles south of the Canadian city Surrey in British Columbia and 110 miles north of Seattle.
